Refund & Return Policy

All of our canvas artworks are made to order, carefully produced specifically for each customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color variations due to screen differences

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to help.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the artwork

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 3–5 business days to process.
