What kind of art do you sell?
We create original canvas wall art inspired by nature and imagination — rare plants, national parks, city memories, adventures, and modern abstracts. Each piece is designed to feel calm, layered, and finished on a wall.

Are your designs original?
Yes. Every artwork is an original design created by OneDayDayArt. We don’t use generic templates or mass-produced stock images.

What is a gallery-wrapped canvas?
A gallery-wrapped canvas is a frameless canvas stretched over a wooden frame, with the image wrapped around the sides. It creates a clean, modern look with no additional framing needed.

Do I need a frame?
No. Our canvases are designed to look complete on their own. Many customers love the clean, sharp-edged look of a gallery-wrapped piece.

What sizes do you offer?
Sizes vary by artwork. Please check the size options on each product page. If you’re unsure, send us your wall measurements — we’re happy to recommend a size.

Is the canvas ready to hang?
Yes. Every canvas arrives ready to hang with included hardware.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?
All orders are produced and shipped within the United States.

How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Production: 1–3 business days
Shipping: 2–7 business days (depending on destination and carrier)
The most accurate estimate will appear at checkout.

How is the artwork packaged?
Each canvas is carefully packaged to protect corners and surfaces during transit.

Will the colors look exactly the same as on my screen?
Screens vary by device and settings, so slight color differences are normal. We work carefully to keep colors balanced and true to the artwork’s intended mood.

 

Returns & Issues

Do you accept returns?
Because each canvas is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
If your artwork arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please contact us — we’ll make it right.

What if my canvas arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement.

What if my package is lost or marked delivered but not received?
Please contact us. We’ll help investigate with the carrier and guide you through next steps.

What if there’s a quality issue with my order?
If you notice a print or production issue, reach out with a photo. We’ll resolve it promptly.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes may not be possible — but we’ll always do our best to help.

How do I care for my canvas?
Keep it away from moisture and wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners.
